Information we collect and how we use it
Azurite Project collects personal data from you when you request information from Azurite Project and/or supply, information through the Sites, such as when you fill out a subscription form or consulting expertise inquiry, opt in to receive emails from Azurite Project, agree to participate in surveys, or apply for a role at Azurite Project.
Personal data we collect might include your name, e-mail address, title, occupation, company or university affiliation, industry, region/country, reason for contacting Azurite Project, topics you are interested in, any other background information provided with an application and any other information contained in messages you send us.
Azurite Project will use your personal data to fulfil your request, provide you with the information you requested and/or send you marketing communications. If you have applied for a job at Azurite Project, your data will be processed for the purposes of evaluating and processing your application and candidacy for the position to which you have applied

You do not have to provide us with any personal data. However, if you do not, we may be unable to handle your request or to provide you with the services you are requesting.
Azurite Project will keep your personal data for as long as needed to handle your request or for as long as we have a relationship with you. If you have applied for a role with Azurite Project, Azurite Project will keep your personal data associated with your application for a period of up to two years.
Please note that Azurite Project is not responsible for any information you may disclose publicly in any chat rooms, message boards, or similar web pages, including those hosted on or linked to our Sites. You should keep in mind that, whenever you publicly disclose information about yourself online (for example, via message boards or chat rooms), such information could be collected and used by people whom you do not know. In addition, certain message boards and similar user forums may display IP addresses along with the message poster's name and message. Azurite Project bears no responsibility for any action or policies of any third parties who collect any information users may disclose on the message boards, chat areas or other user forums, if any, on the Sites.
The "help" section of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive new cookies, and how to disable or delete cookies altogether.
How we might share your information
Azurite Project may share your personal data with our third-party service providers who process information on our behalf to help run some of our internal business operations including email distribution, IT services and marketing and events services.
This Site may be viewed and accessed anywhere in the world including countries that may not have laws regulating the use and transfer of personally identifiable information. By using the Site, submitting information through this site, or submitting personal information to Azurite Project through other means you voluntarily consent to such international transfer and hosting of such information to those countries and parties.

Security of your personal data
Azurite Project has in place appropriate technological and operational security processes designed to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. If you are a job applicant at Azurite Project, you will be asked to submit information to Azurite Project such as your name, contact details, information about your education and work history and any other background information that might be relevant for your application or that you choose to share with Azurite Project. If you do not provide this information to us, we might not be able to process your application.
This Sits is not directed at children 18 years of age or younger. Azurite Project, therefore, will not intentionally collect information about anyone under the age of 18, and requests that no such information be submitted to us.
